in 550 to 600 k,u can get baleno or sunny up models like 2002 plus..go for them as they will b less kms driven..honda car is good but wen it comes to repair,it do costs u luck!suzuki baleno wud b my choice as its affordable to get repaired!
its better to go for Exis 2000 onwards rather than city 98
thanx @ lovesleeping and i also think that its part will be available!@cracked............buddy baleno is no where near to city 98!city has got better brakes,pick,ac,stability and every thing! moreover baleno is sometimes problematic on cng like liana!! i know that every baleno or liana is not bad but if i get a bad and abused baleno then it will be a real pain for me! i think city 98 will be alot better than baleno 2003 interms os reliability and quality!i checked baleno but after diving my 1989 swift i didnt like it! i want a problem free car! though i will spend a good amount on maintainance for its long term problem free run!
sir my range is 6 lacks otherwise i would definitely have gone for city 2000! in islamabad cars are expensive like anything!
u can view used cars section at PW, nice ones in khi are around 5.25-5.5k and if you view expired ads, some good ones have been sold out for under 5 as well..

Sir it is a good car, carby engine is good for CNG too.
I recommend u to go for it,it's a gud reliable car,just get her checked by mechanic before buying as it will be 12 yr old car so might have some mechanical issues.I own a 02 exis and parts are no issue if u knw where to look,since these models came for a short period of time therefore some parts r really hard to find.Like front pipe which connects the chassis and has an engine foundation on it.I found only one shop in sultan ka khou who has it and he was asking 7k for it.But u rarely need such parts,routine parts are easily available from saddar (new).

@zeejigs, as promised.. this original catalog is with me for like 13 years now.. sorry for bad quality pix as i captured these from mobile cam rather than scanning.. in 1998-99 this city was also offered in two-tone color for a short while, back then Indus corolla was also available in 2 toned colors.. i had that cutting from actual ad too but i lost it long ago during shifting of my house

Sir you can also buy a PROSMATEC in that much amount in Karachi, which is a much better car.
@959 ........buddy PROSMATIC will be a little heavy on fuel! so a 2001 city is a nice combo of all the things: mileage,performance,looks etc!

Buying a car from ISB is sure expensive. And avoid going for Karachi registered car while living in Punjab. Sometimes they'll stop you at every checkpost and its very annoying.
Come to Lahore/Multan/FSD and spend couple of weeks. You'll find one Inshallah.
Otherwise why dont you wait and increase your budget to lets say 7-8 lacs and get a civic 98/2000 or City 03/4. They are a bit easy to find then City 98/2001
