Honda city aspire 1.5 prosmatec (help required)

I understand your frustration but don't worry as company is processing your order it will arrive Insh Allah. Also do check with dealership that you get invoice along with your car.

I have contacted the dealer as well, he still maintains that it would be delivered by 15th or 16th of oct. God knows who is right and who is wrong!!

you know what i am in the same boat as u !!
booked on 9th sept, confirmed it from honda atlas today, as per the person on ph i will get it in the very start of nov, as the last ready batch of cars has left the factory 3 to 4 days back !!
the dealer says max u will get it by 15 oct.
it might be the case that we might get from the car from delivered batch as the showroom moght have booked extra cars. and as per the honda guy this is possible !!!

Also remember to get engine protection shield installed when you get the car (if getting manual city only). Also get the Air conditioner filter installed as the filter compartment is empty in new city. (It's behind glove box)

AC filter is provided with 1.3 MT as it was already there when i bought in September.

ok sooo i got the chasis number and everything tday as i got the call from honda! the car will be delivered by wednesday i.A !! thought of sharing this.

Is it the normal procedure that before delivery honda calls the customer directly?

I have a question for U. On receiving my new honda city aspire 1.5 prosmatec from the dealer, wd I b required to pay the freight charges as well? I am asking this question cause the price of this car displayed on the honda website is PKR 1800,000/- excluding tax, whereas the price I paid was 1812000/- excluding tax. Does this extra 12000 account for the freight charges (for Islamabad)??

well the website says 1780000 for the 1.3aspire pt variant but i paid 1794. the extra 14k were the freight charges which u need to pay together with the total amount.

i m sure these 12k are the freight charges.

Anyways, I too received a phone call and an email from my dealer (Honda Avenue, Isbd) that my car has arrived at the dealership and its delivery would b ready on saturday as some formalities of tracker and insurance needs to b fulfilled.

and btw grats bro, hope u will enjoy ur ride with safety. which colour and variant did u book ??
well here in KHI i paid by cheque to adamjee on monday and all ws set by tuesday ! though i didnt go for the tracker as i didnt want k gari ka system thora sa bhi kholay ! MAYBE i am wrong at this but the adamjee guy even said that we do provide trackers but we dont prefer it !

its my qs if u have all risks cove r ed then whats the use of tracker ??

That above particular information is very very helpful to any new city owner, i was amazed by the fact that tiny filter did not come along the car and had to purchase it separately. spent 1.8 million and honda is saving 1500 rupees and charging me extra for a very necessary fiter

U r right about the tracker, but in my case since its a bank financed car therefore insurance and tracker both are must.

U are absolutely right sir, but what can be done. There is not much of a choice around and that's y these companies never hesitate to exploit their customers and for doing that they can go to any level.....
