So should I remove the leathe code from aspire seats or just put the foam and cover it up with new leathers? And I don't think that that the back of front seats need to be foamed ?

Don't remove leather. And don't buy leatherette again. Buy cloth seat and put foam between seat and new covers.
Sorry to hear about the hard seats. I own a City 2013 and by now I am perfectly used to the 'hard' seats. To me they are no longer hard. I would suggest not to mess up the leather seats but simply keep a few soft cushions in your car. Use these cushions and I am sure you will feel more comfortable.
Yup one gets used to it but when u sit in other cars and compare with City's then u feel that city is hard
