I have few friends in Honda. The interior will be the same (black)
There will be total four variants, present two and the two new models with features and prosmatic in auto. The cost is 120 k which i think is just an OK deal compared to the new features they are offering

Door mirror winker (indicator light in side mirror)
Alloy rims
Keyless entry
Leather seats
Navigation
RR speakers (current model has only FR speakers)

The interior color might be changed in july or august as told by source but this is not confirmed. City facelift would not be coming i guess after introduction of this new variant.

Didnt hear about the sport version though.

near 17.5 lacs for a 1.3 prosmatec. And near 16.25 for a manual. Everyone has their own choice/preference. But i would buy 2-3 yr old 1.8 civic. Too expensive for a 1.3L

Well i feel if some one is spending this much high amount, one should buy a new car and feel good about many things.

If we compare new civic with new city or new city with new corolla, it still is a fine deal.

Yeah the prices are sky high already and quality declining due to government, economic situation, industrial growth, fuel & electricity etc

17 Lacs For A "City". Just See the Word "City". Think Over It.
City Is A Mid-sized Sedan. Which Was of 7-9 Lacs in 2007-8, Then was 12-13 Lacs in 2009-2010 And Now. 17 Lacs For the Same City. Agreed on the Mouth-Gaping Features they Are Offering But Still. 17 is a LOT of money People.
Honda Aspire Shouldve been Of Max 16.30-40.
I Contacted Honda Airport Motors (DHA LAHORE). They Said. This Model will be Available For Sighting in The Showroom On Wednesday 2nd May.
The Features are really awesome. But the Money isn't that awesome.

Well first they should regulate their production of city instead of announcing new models which cant meet demand.Anyways i would buy used Altis or Civic in this price

agreed thats y i mentioned ones own preference. A 6 month used car and a 3 yr old used car would have v little difference. It all depends which condition car u get. a well looked after car can serve you for many decades. Its all depends what veh u get. Some people misuse cars in a months time and cause wear n tear of years of an avg kept car. But for 17.5 lacs i still woudnt buy a city for the fancy add ons. prosmatec tx would work better with CNG compared to rhe other auto variant. But then 1.3 engine on auto n that too on CNG wont do the trick. Steermatic did not get a response worthy enuff to continue it. This too woudnt be making headways as the Pakistani market is way different. We would put lacs of worth after market accessories on a car but wont pay an extra 1lac to buy the next better car offered by the company. E.g XLI/GLI. People wont buy the GLI saying its 120k more expensive than the XLI but the day they buy it would be going straight to shops and end up putting lacs worth of accessories mainly cosmetic. Not realising tha in the extra 120k or 140k os so the company offers you ABS worth 90k. And other accessories which would cost double the amount if bought from outside. Similary alloys,seat covers,navi screen etc is aval in various avarieties n qualities at cheaper prices. U would see market flooded with the indicators with lights soon. People would buy the basic model and put add ons to make their stock city look like an Aspire.

Agree with you about the added features flooded in market which happens with every car and is somewhat a good thing as well considering the cost of company parts/availability/quality and any accident/issues of the new things/features can help use the things from market with less cost.

But then there may come the warranty issue of fitting aftermarket things as well if one try to make their normal city into aspire.

If one is not okay with aspire, one should go for normal city.
