Well its not necessary to change gasket every time its only changed if it needs change. Well asking the honda guys was just out of curiosity Any good mechanic can do the job in just 300 rs. The problem is that when you buy a car second hand as I did you have to be extremely lucky to have a clean car inside out. Body may be clean, mileage might be low but still there may be problems because you dont know the history and you cant trust that. In your case you have owned the car first hand with total care so the car would not give any problems in your case:). I have experienced this my self when we bought a 0 meter bolan till 40k nothing had to be changed now we bought a 27k driven mehran from a relative and when I opened its radiator due to leaks carrot juice:P came out of it. I have overhauled its suspension have changed the fuel pump due to leak. Both bolan and mehran are from same year.

The point I were trying to make is that when you own a car since its birth you know everything about it as if it were your child and gives very few problems. We second hand buyers are experiencing problems at very low mileage than you and ahmad. Just for reference that "KLINCH" he has experienced an electronics fault in his eps. So I wish that nobody experiences any problems with his car specially when he is with family or on long drive

Rpm of your car when you were doing 180km/hr, tires size, tire company and the petrol was it normal or hi-octane

I dont think you will find them new but search montgomery road in Lahore may be you can find that also try old spare markets such as bilal gunj

go for city my bro... u will find honda much much ahead of paksuzuki.

but it does depend on the cleanliness of the vehicle u get. if u find a liana much cleaner than city, u should go for it.

yaar, did not check the exact rpm reading. but it was definitely away from 6k, was about 5600 or 5700 RPM.

fuel was petrol. tire size is 195/60/R15. Yokohama C-drive.

Can anyone tell me whats the value of Honda City Vario 2004 model. Mine Done only 56000KM and throughout maintined by Honda. Excellent condition. Now, I wnat to sell it and want to go for Civic of same model.

What you guys suggest, is this a worth shift from city of Civic?...

1. They are offering to clean the interior for 1990 rs.
2. they are offering to change both bumpers with factory painted ones (that's useless offer) for 10000rs.
Free offers.
3. They are changing power windows switch of city 2006-08 for free.
4. They are changing power steering pipe (i don't know what that is, and not concerned) of civic of 2006-08.
Thought people might be interested. These offers are from Honda Atlas.

Guys I read this. It says in the "Steering Center" section that factory set cambers are sometimes varied to cater for the road conditions and there is a range of camber.
Does anyone know the camber range of Honda City 2009 (new shape)?

Sir thats not exactly an upgrade, thats a RECALL... to rectify the faulty power steering feed pipe for civic and power windows switch. If you or anyone u know owns on of those cars listed in the ad, take them to the honda dealership ASAP to avail the free offer.

Can you ask your mechanic about it as he is your old mechanic and he might tell you that. Today I went to honda stealership as window shopper and asked them about the clearance they said they wont tell that once they do it than they will tell the clearance they set and they will 1000 rs for that I immediately ran out of that dealership. If you can conform valve clearance from your mechanic it will help me greatly because the current issue in my mind is setting the clearance to stock. Its not that my car is giving me problems or something its working great and giving awesome mileage recently did 154 kms in a tank with 8.8 kg of gas in city so just want to take my car back to stock

Im planning to get brake service on my car so i might visit my mechanic today in an hour or two if i get enough time. i ll ask him for sure. But im almost sure he wont know the figures. these people dont bother what the stock readings are, they just use their experience and adjust according to their own judgement.

Btw, i'd strongly advice u not to do ANYTHING with ur car if its working fine. you're getting awesome mileage, probably enough performance too, why not just enjoy it!
