honda disappointed me, first i observed that the rear glass was bluish like on worn old cars, this was the case of a fellow members city. yesterday whiile washing my car i noticed that our city also had that bad rear screen with blue dots all over it

What was the model and the condition you bought it in , are there any issues with Auto Tranny

I was looking for any city model 2004 to 2007, while having a budge of upto 1million, i have settled for a 2006 idsi manual trans. , for 920k. Condition is good, three pieces sprayed, not dented though total petrol driven.
I gave that comment about Steermatic, to my surprise steermatics demanding price has been low, that is the owners being asking the same price as that of an iDSI of a similar condition. while being a 1500cc vehicle it should have a bit higher demand, the only reason i understand is the effect of "Demand supply" situation.

There is no dipstick. infact the method to check the fluid level is kinda stupid. u have to open the refill bolt which is on the side of the transmission and have to insert ur finger n have to feel if there is any oil in it n whats the level.

Thanks for enlightening, that means i shall go to a honda authorized maint. and get my self ripped off :S i prefer to make sure what is the issue with the car before going to ask the mechanics do this or that, currently it is just the MTF i want to check and get filled in if needed.

Sir if u have done 40,000kms on the current transmission oil, u have to get it replaced anyways.

Hello dears, presenting my new Honda City MT. for your viewing pleasure....

• Outstanding Fuel Economy on the highway...576KMS in 32Litres of Petrol. Lahore to Peshawar via GT Road all the way...and by the way first 114Kms were within city drive in Lahore...
  Got the tak filled up till the max when the level was visible. Did the same on completing 576KMs. The range meter showed 22Kms...so i thought lets not take any further risk :)... it got filled up to the brim in nearly 32litres..Snaps may please be referred to..

I prepped them for eid day. Products used were:
-Sonax Ultra gloss shampoo
-Megs GC
-Turtle Ice Syn Polish
-STP sun of a gun
-Brasso polish for Emblems
-Megs Endurance for tyres

Surface layering was done as 2 coats of GC, followed by one coat of Ice and then again GC and then again Ice.
