got front n rear bumpers repainted along with rear wheel arches. too much scratches on them were making the car look bad.
will post AFTER pix in a few days after getting them compounded.

1) The EPS motor, its very heavy. 5-7kg
2) The rack, this glides left n right inside the assembly to turn the wheels n a pinion is attached to it which goes up to the steering wheel.
3) The pinion. it touches the rack on one end n the motor is attached to the other, to provide assist
4) The bush that goes on the rack, this was the reason why everything was taken apart.
5) The assembly housing.

well, cant really say. if ur car is 100% perfect otherwise, like no work or maintainence needed watsoever. why dont u get some rim n tires? fog lights are worth getting n im gonna prove that with my next post. u can also get some gud waxes for ur car. if u are into sound systems, get one! like i said, a million ways to spend money. u have to narrow down the choices for us to recommend any...

Suspension has been all changed to brand new OEM japan not Thailand. Sound system installed is performing exceptionally well so no need for that unless I need USB option per.

well these are not actually OEM fog lamps but these r the best available ones. u can say as gud as OEM. Company name is DLAA. n i think they cost 5500rs. that was the price loooonnngg ago. dont know the price now. there are cheaper ones too. for 2400rs or so. but they fade out n water gets into them. i can buy them for u but u can easily find em in karachi too. its no big deal... if u dont have fog lamps, i wud certainly recommend u them as top priority. the pix i posted must have convinced u already. they also enhance the looks of the car.

other then these, u can get air press a.k.a window shades. they also make ur car look good n u can open the window an inch or so even when its raining, without getting any water coming into the cabin.

well optitron meter can be fitted but thats a lot of trouble. finding one is a trouble. even if u do, most of them come with PNRDL auto gearbox indications so u cant put them on a manual car. another issue wud be wiring harness, im not sure both have the same. n that se saloon meter is optitron, thats why it does that, city ids's meter isnt! so it wont turn on lights.

there is no issue with DLAA as well just seal the corners with silicon n there u go no prob at all

Also, plz suggest the brand and type of airpress I should use? double tape or screw type? Does it damage the car's body in anyway if we use screw type airpress?

how can u let the local USTAADS cut through ur bumper after completely taking it off the body and then expecting them to fix it back the perfect way ?

Nice point waleed80. However, I was told by Honda guys at I-10 that the bumper has a provision for fog lamps from inside including the wiring and brakets for holding the fog lights. Only issue is to cut it cleanly and I've seen a few City's with nice and clean fitted fog lights.
This is one reason i would like to have an opinion of Pakwheelers based on their experience where to get it installed in a properly.

dont get screw type air press. they damage the body n rust can start from the holes.
