Salam to All,

just wanted to make sure that i had filled the HOBC+Super Petrol into my IDSI manual city 2007, i have felt that car has been getting heavier or something like that, i mean before filling HOBC its drives like smoother and starting isn't that hard, although its not that hard but i just felt that its getting harder than before, so my question is it normal ?? something wrong??

BTW i have filled 5 Liter HOBC and 10 Liter Super Petrol,

Please reply with expert suggestion so that i can keep on eye on this,

It's been run within urban Karachi, 28k. Never sat unused for long intervals. Never had that oil/geese layer in underbody.
Ride height has dropped and it doesn't feel as comfy sitting in the back as before.

never do that it will attract mud and will make the part rusty that holds suspension usually becoz of the mud attracting thing service station guys spray diesel underneath which is also dangerous becoz it will result in bushes getting dry and will result in squeaking sound (Chu chu sound :D) and will also effect suspension life and if get in cv joint (axle) will dilute the grease cv joints will start leaking plus due to increase in volume of grease will result in cv joint failure very soon (cv joint should only be filled with 90 gram of cv joints grease no more no less)

Just run it on normal petrol. No need for HOBC in City.

my balila got some new suspension parts .

after new linkers n bushes n ball joints now car feels smooth on small bumps upto 80% noises gone. steering is also became resposive... alignment will be done today..
car's height dropped from the back. what can be done plz guide...???
shud i install new springs (cng valay) or install spacers... some one told me that spacers will increase the rigidness n ride will not be confortable.

Just run it on normal petrol. No need for HOBC in City.

why is that, why there is an difference ..?

to me honestly i haven't felt any difference apart from the consumption as i just drove 50km so cant tell you about fuel economical but i can tell u pick up wise or engine response its nothing significant as yet,

The real life fuel average of my city 2010 is 12km/l in city and on highway it is 15 to 16 km/l

I too would agree with the 12 figure, that is with normal driving, it can do 14 but with very careful, gentle and boring driving.

With very light foot. Its 15 in city althought it shows 16.5 on odo.
On long with full passenger trunk full and 120kmph its 14 to 15 althought odo shows 17.5

For some reason prices have increased recently.. this is nothing.. I remember changing hubs of my corolla the front ones for 10k now to my surprise 1 costs 14k. Its some Government tax or I dont know what 3s dealers are charging too much

Agreed..... honda city a.c fan blower was 14k 2 months back...... Now its staggering 18.8k!!!....
