What about Modulo kit and utility package? How is the quality and fit and finish of it vs outside market jobs? And what is the typical cost of both from market?

1. Warranty extension is not of much use. But again it may vary from case to case basis. If you have claimed warranty multiple times then you should extend it otherwise leave it.

2. Modulo kit is a good option but dont expect resale benefits.

3. Utility package is useless. You are better off buying individual things from market.

Yes its on city idsi you can get complete details on their official website https://www.scangauge.com/products/scangauge-ii/ i bought it from amazon UK website, there is similar product like scangauge that is ultraguage you can buy it from US UltraGauge OBDII Scan tool & Information Center these both gadgets have their dedicated screens and can show advance readings from car ecu..
there is another method when you have an android player installed in your car and an elm bluetooth device , connect both using bluetooth or may be wifi and show real time live readings on your car indash android player or mobile device.

If its being sold in Khi the price should be within 750 to 850. Depending on condition. I have seen 08 model in 650 as well.
If its being sold in lahore and registration is of punjab than it could fetch around 850 to 1050 depending on condition.

For lahore market i guess only lahore city owners can confirm. But try to lower it down. As 2017 is approaching, 2009 model can be purchased for 950 to 1050 in khi.

There is different opinion among dealerships regarding regular checkups and warranty. However oil change should be done in-time. You can have it inspected now and get your book stamped. If you dont have any issues in the first year hopefully you will not need warranty. But to be on safe side dont modify the car and keep your warranty book update.
