My 2014 City has poor headlamp lighting which results is poor visibility at night. The current bulbs are stock and never been changed. I am thinking maybe the lamps are weak now as it has been 5 years and changing them will improve the brightness. However, some people were suggesting improved H4 bulbs with better brightness than stock, like OSRAM Nightbreakers etc. I don't want something very expensive, so can you please suggest something that is better than new stock bulbs but not too heavy on the wallet. A slightly cooler temp on the lamps will also be good.

I have a 2007 model Honda City. I have issues with its headlights. One is genuine and one wad replaced about 4 years ago and it is a desi one (taiwan/china). I feel that the beam that is created out of the desi headlight is not as good as the beam from genuine headlight.

Can the desi headlight be restored to be as good as a genuine one or not? Plus I have the stock halogen bulbs. Can I improve light output by using LEDs or should I just get the desi headlight fixed?

I have 2013 Aspire with stock bulbs and headlights. Beam is same as it was on first day. Honda city light is sufficient enough on oneway roads. Problem comes with twoway roads when upcoming traffic has HIDs and LEDs on HIGH BEAM. There is no solution for that. You can also use such BULSHIT in headlights to blind the upcoming traffic but you own visibility will not increase. However shifting to good quality halogens like PHILIPS or OSRAM can increase the brightness of the beam a little bit. But the difference is not much that is why I am still on stock bulbs.

I have 2005 city, recently it started giving clicking noises on right turns and u turns. There is a minor noise too from left side over bumps. Can anyone guide what needs to be replaced? Should i go for a complete suspension overhaul or replace specific part only? Anyone with idea of expenses?

My 2014 1.5 Aspire auto is having a peculiar issue. Sometimes I feel the gear slipping at speeds of around 30-60 kph. Meaning when I am driving around this speed range and accelerating, I feel like the car is not picking up as it should in spite of the engine revs going up. This happens when there's no one in the car except me as well.
The transmission oil has been changed about 4K km ago. Car has done a total of around 88K km and throughout been serviced by Honda with all genuine fluids from them.
The average has not been affected, instead it has improve slightly but that could also be due to the AC's being off in the morning these days in Karachi.
Could it be something to do with the transmission itself, and if not, what could cause this sluggish response developed over the past 500 to 1,000 km.

This is called as clutch slip. Your car needs new clutch and pressure plates, nothing else.

At 88k km? Aren't those suppose to last longer? What could be the reason of worn pit clutch plates of an auto car?

The most common cause for slipping is low fluid levels. Low fluid levels can create a number of problems, such as overheating and not enough hydraulic pressure being produced to engage gears.

First and foremost check level of transmission oil. If not, get your clutch plates checked.

Clutch plate normally lasts upto 1 lakh km on normal usage in severe or extreme use they can also last upto 50 thousand kms.

I have the manual of MT 2016. I will check and post the pic here. My opinion is to get 2-3 opinions for this problem. 88k is too less a milage for clutch plate to give away.
