How did you change the lights. Opened them up and de soder the LED from the board and added new ones ????

Mind showing how did you configure the settings. Just the same process as china LCD ??
Which goes like press a key and it registers and then select a function against it ??

And did you do the complete install DIY or from an electrician ?

Can someome help me get front hood insulator for honda city? I can't find it anywhere in my city not even online, oem one.

Sadly Honda City ka jo genuine clock spring tha Honda provides is a very similar system that one can find in a Mehran. Coming to the LED yes just opened the assembly and replaced the led modules with the lcd backlight modules of car Chinese lcds. Since I just have the multimedia side and not the cruise control side so there were just total 4 wires from the buttons one positive and negetive for the lights that goes to the players connection of the parking lights and two wires for the buttons them self. Similarly the pioneer hu has three wires in the pin for the steering controls two for buttons and one is ground. The two wires that attach to the hu from the buttons can be swapped to check if the controls are detected or not. I did it this way. And for the settings the main settings have steering controls option you have to go into that. If it is dim and you can’t enter the settings you’ll have to reset the hu all your settings are going to be lost. After that you will have to first setup the steering controls and then any other settings. Don’t know why but if you set other things first it goes dim again and you can’t enter the steering controls setting again. When you enter you will select Japanese Car and after that without adapter option. Then the selection window will open and you will be guided how to set each individual button to the function you want it to work for. Regards

I clean it every week with a pressure blower (I have one to clean the car from inside). You can use it for a long time but I change it early just for piece of mind. I use AC all year long. In winter I use it with heater to avoid moisture build up on windscreen. In humid days using the AC can keep the car dry and avoid any rust or molds from interior.

I guess new ones have direct support for steering wheel controls.
The old pioneers ka yeh bohat bara masla tha needing that adapter.

The model I have just requires the supplied 2.5 mm jack and that plugs directly in the hu. And that is about it. If you are from lahore or Karachi a bit used pioneer hu’s are cheap. Don’t get into the hassle. Just sell yours on plc and get a newer model. That is much easy as compared to what you are about to get into. Regards.

It's not oem type, not molded. It's straight sheet.

They are available in all shops in 300 rupees. Do not insist on HONDA CITY filter. Took your filter tray with you and they can find one which will fit in it. All the cabin filters have same material and quality.

Yes this one is not oem type, it's just a carpet on sheet.

Luxury comes with a price I prefer simple ones. If you keep your car clean and do not smoke then no need of carbon activated. However for smokers it is a must have thing.
