I hope you are doing good.
In this thread, I have already highlighted an issue of my Aspire 2019 model driven 6k, Yes only 6k and kept with care. Its dashboard color has started fading. Initially it was on the right corner then I felt it on the left corner and now I can see the white color emerging out from all the dashboard lines.
I myself is extremely conscious about my cars and I'm extremely disappointed about the quality Honda is giving. I know its a common issue but somehow whenever I open the door that faded color brings sadness on my face.
I want to get it rectified. I cannot take the car to Honda City Sales as it is closed. I can take to any other Honda 3S dealer but they wont deal it as a claim and will put the matter on me that you must have used some local detailers product which has caused this damage. I have always used Chemical Guys and mothers products only,
Help me in resolving this issue. How can i claim this to Honda. If they are not willing to take it as a claim, from where i can get it resprayed and can have a piece of mind that this fading will not happen again. Please also note that car is parked in my garage under the shade. It is not like it is parked under direct sunlight or I clean the dashboard daily with a hard fabric. I always use MF and clean the interior only once a week.
Please guide.

my car is City 2008 and its parked in sunlight daily no fading nothing and one thing that i have never ever used any luster or dashboard detailer only cleaning with damp cloth.

Sir I have 2008 Corolla and a daily driven always park outside, no fading. Similarly owns a 2008 city, used really really rough and no fading. This issue is concerned with this generation city only. I know 5 to 6 friends, all have faded dashboards.

@MBBS hi bro i have now a strange problem that whenever i turn ON the AC a rattling noise can be heard under the hood.Cooling is perfect no issue and car engine takes a little load when rattling noise i heard.

I have city 2018 1.5 prosmatec 31k driven.

Strange sound coming while I am pressing accelerator ( light Pak Pak Pak Pak) kind of sound. When I release accelerator it goes off. It doesn't come when I race in parking/neutral mode. Only comes while I drive and accelerate. If car is moving and I don't press accelerator, sound doesn't come.

What could it be. Please help.
