U must've gotten a damaged part actually. Loads of dlaa fog lamps installed in cars of people i know never heard so. Unfortunate i must say. There are copies of dlaa also in the market btw which are 1000rs cheap.
2nd thing is that the inner area (chrome) shud not turn black or de color if its made up of glass. Plastic wali color change karti hein and those are very old stocked. Nowadays all dlaa fogs are glass from inner areas.
