Honda City 2006 IDSI fuel average issue

I bought recently Honda City car 2006 model. I top up the tank almost 33/34 km per tank fill hota har dafa is ma 400-420 km k bad light show ho jati hy then i fill it again. 33/34 km add hota hy from pso pump.
Ye mujy 12-12.5 avg dy rahy hy. Any suggestion

pick bhi okay hy
plugs ma ny chnage karwaye thy pata . ngk ka 1 tha 400 ka aya
