Ok. Go to any diagnostic shop. Open the engine module of your car and ask him to test the IACV. If test passes than just reset the TP values usually done when you click the idle relearn/adjust option. Honda Peshawar should know this and are now trying to frame you into spending money.

Were you able to solve this issue. I have recently changed engine with kabli. Having similar issue of unstable RPM.

Yep. The throttle body they give you with kabli engines is of auto transmission. You can see it says 95 on iacv. Just throw in your old throttle body and you'll be all good. The iacv of manual transmission has a blue sticker on it saying 96. It's actually very hard to find it in scarpyards because most of the engines come with auto transmission

Also do an idle relearn afterwards. The battery disconnect procedure doesn't work. Only the tps sensor data reset followed by relearn procedure will do it
