3. 25K New Tyres I replaced them just 10000 kms back and have kept them in very good condition
4. The Car has never been to the body Shop

Sorry bro don't mean to be rude or anything but registration is compulsory so should not add that to the cost and about the rims and tyres keep in mind that you gave the old ones also so subtract the cost of those also. Any ways good luck for the sale I hope that you get the price you are asking for.
