I was considering to get a newer vehicle like zero meter honda city , (sell out 150000 run car 10 year old car). After reading your experience i think spending 9Lak more to get a junky car is not justifiable.

thought of upgrading my 05vti with new city but once i sat in it, i didnt take more than 10mins to decide what to do ..... the most annoying thing is the comfort level! front passenger seat has odd bump(foot rest area) and the mighty suspension! its like wow (Y), cant bear to neglect comfort of eagle eye over fuel economy of city! rear door ingress and egress is also a problem since the door has very small length from the lower portion (foot board) and very edgy from above! i daily travel in city ivtec and experienced power slide many times! once it got slipped on the main road at 90 degrees -_- ! side view mirrors thoray baray bna detay so that life could become a little easier! head lights range is completely stupid! the big black head light assembly is of no use! ill tell other features , enough for now

stay away from city ...buy eagle eyes civic or reborn ..they are worth what they give ...stiff susp is big issue and we have bad roads ..... quality has gone down for both sides

btw what has been done to this city cuz of hail storms .... my corolla gli 2012 has got hood destroyed at the same time my 660cc alto got 2 or 3 ........

so quality is going down every day

real problems specific to Honda City are hard suspension and cheap dashboard plastic... Other then that its a good value for money and has one of the best fuel average in petrol cars... as far as body is concerned if u ask an expert denter he will tell u that corolla's body is more lifafa as compared to Honda....
i used my Honda city 2010 for 4.5 yrs and till now there were no noises or sounds in it... no issue with locks as well... Aur bhai aapne 3 baar 30000/- locks pe laga die ek baar 3000 laga k keyless laga lete

Honda city does have problems. Hard suspension, spare parts availability ( had to wait 5 months for glove box replacement) water pump problem, bad carpet, and niw my blower fan gives out a grinding sound on 1,2 fan settings.
Otherwise not that bad. Bought it in 2011 and still going fine

base model city is 2.41 lacs cheaper then Corolla Gli .. why do people expect that both cars will have the same quality/ comfort ???????????????

The faulty lock problem is there. My car's could not be open without the key from outside and I had to rely on remote. I knew anothrr city whose locks were changed twice. And that doesn't even have central locking installed.

M brand new mehran had each nd every thing unalligned. Same is the case with a frinds million rs cultus it also had many un-rectifyable flaws things work this way over here

Wese fone ki bat karu tou every one around me who upgraded from samsung or abc to iphone had started hating these shitdroids (after they understood that how iphone works)
Even i prefer my my old beaten up iphone3gs over my note3 (**** most fone of the century)

Bro compare it with 10th gen rola not 11.The price difference was around 1.5 lakh.Now city and rolla are of differnt class sub compact/compact ..Dimension wise corolla is larger and more metal used in fabrication so ultimately its more costly.But the built quality does not justify the price tag for both variants.1749k for a gli seriously ?Nopz doest not justify paying that amount for a 1.3L compact at all..Corolla lost sales are transferred to city because people nowadays are buying city because of reasonable price tag.1.5 vs 1.749.I am seeing more facelifted cities in twin cities than new gen corolla.There is no governmental body to protect consumer rights in Pakistan so we as nationals generally are at a loss.Pakistani expats leave pakistan for a better lifestyle which their home country failed to offer.But this country is going drown the drain.

Well I will agree to the faulty lock problem, my car's driver side door and trunk wont open with the key, so I installed a keyless entry system. Other than that I haven't encountered any other problem in the car, keeping in mind it's a 2012 model with approx 85k on the ODO.
