Depends on the extent of damage i .e how deep the scratches are. As a tester u can clean ur car nice n proper n have a look at the scratches in good light. If u can see the scratch going deeper than the paint itself n showing the body of the bumper that is a black colour of the plastic of the bumper then im afraid the scratch is too deep to be removed with compound or polish. On the other hand if they are light scratches, i.e only going into the clear coat till the paint n not exposing the black body of the bumper than u can solve the problem in a number of ways.
Best solution is that as ur car is new so dont go for hard cutting compounds, just get a light compound of high quality, scratch remover from mothers and ultimate compound from Meguiars both recommended. U can find them at optimum motor sports in zamzama. Both are clear coat safe and easily usable even by a rookie.
