Your tyre size increased by a %age will also increase the distance travelled according to that percentage, whereas the odo will show the mileage according to a shorter tyre size as it is programmed to factory size i.e: 175/65/R15

Given that the size of a 195/65/R15 would be 3-4% larger, therefore each rotation of the wheel covers more distance by that much.

Mileage drop should be negligible in reality.

Why you didn't get 205 in 16 size rims. Would have looked cool with no extra load. Might have benefited with lesser rotational mass.

We never wanted to invest in wheels. Wheel replacement is not a cheap job. But the current tire size is very balanced & no as such disadvantages found.

You may , you have to compromise with:

More wear & tear of suspension ( Power steering , Ends ,Disks etc)
poor consumption of fuel
no specific improvement with road grip

I got 2020 city 1.5 AT ,
I am feeling my Breaks R hard,
Previously i was using Vitz His Breaks were very soft...

When ever i apply brakes while driving i feel paddel neds more pressure and feels hard on applying brakes. Feels less effective compared to toyota

Needs more pressure and also feels hard? Maybe the pedal is defective, check its spring
