Price: City Wins (by 2 lakh rupees )
Fuel Economy: City Wins
Engine Power: City Wins (Even Swift's engine is more powerful than GLi's)
Car Size: GLi Wins
Rough road durability: GLi Wins
Resale: GLi Wins
Theft Security: City Wins (GLi is notorious for being the most stolen car asides Mehran and can easily be tampered with)

There is a 200,000 PKR difference between the two as well. I would pick city but I know it's all a matter of preference.
