HONDA CITY Price Increase + New Equipment Added

Nahi yaar the City's interior is really cheap. Its not about Toyota, Honda or Suzuki. It is a fact.

Can u provide some proofs? or facts on which u ve based ur decision? i ve found many ppl saying that but when i ask WHY? they dont usually have a gud answer.

i ve looking into ever inch of new city's interior.i found the quality to be far better then my 06 idsi's interior. they ONLy reason ppl say that qualityu isnt gud is because its BLACK ( ppl being racists :P) black gets dirty quicker, n wud show white residue of water marks if not cleaned properly by some gud liquids. that y ppl think the quality isnt gud enough. other then that, theres nothing wrong.

i remember the day when i got delivery of my 06 city, both front doors gave a very ugly closing sound due to the bad plastic panels of doors.no such sounds in new city though...

^ i own a Honda City 2010 i can see why ppl claim the interior to be cheap

the plastic used is cheap no doubt but its the same plastic used in iDSI City for majority of the interior except the upper black portion of the dashboard in iDSI

door panels r pure plastic instead of some portions being Fabric like in other cars of the same class and iDSI City

i believe hard plastics seems more pronounced in Black than it does in Beige

one thing i dont understand is why ppl equate Black Interior = Bad and Two Tone Interior = Good

+1 lol its just that a dirty black gets more prominent, after so many replies i deply inspected out IDSIs the quality is more or less the same just the color change.

Altho the quality of interior offered in Margalla, 96-2004 Civics, Early 9th Gen Corollas was amazing. (in my 08 GLi the upper soft dash quality isnt as gud as my friends 03 Se-sallon)

These days even the 19 lack Civic / Corolla have dabba interior. But they could have added bueaty using some fabric trims

agree wid ahmed billa ...i really like city's interior....but kuch log nahi mante isi tarah kuch log current vitz kay interior ko bura kehtay hai bethay hotay nahi hai suni sunaye baatein kartay hai ...i think they are jealous.....

against 5 k these stuff r good enough
but dont get 1 point in honda site why they so much empassized on ADDITIONAL AIR CONDITIONER PORT ON FLOOR OF REAR SEAT
as they consider it surpassing city over other cars in 1.3 class
BUT AS FOR AS I KNOW BALENO ALSO HAVE THAT PORT UNDER BOTH FRONT SEATS FOR REAR PASSENGER
N LIANA TOO HAVE THAT SO CALLED PORTS;)

It should be.....but you will need to replace the entire console....not just the armrest....

i have used brand new 2006 honda city idsi and its crap.. the rust appeared on its bonnest and saw many city with that type of condition... rust on bonnet and fenders.. sold it... nd for the record i dont live in defence. contacted the denters and they were like thts the problem in city. i bought a civic 2005 one.. and wasnt satisfied and jus sold yesterday.. i thnk the imports are way better. dont noe bout rollaZ...

Thanks for agreeing but let me say here that not EVERYONE who doesnt agree with something which you or I say, is NOT jealous... its just very unethical to use that word... u know i ve seen ppl who own an FX and their neighbours or close family members own big cars, accords, bmws etc but they dont give a damn... n city civic corolla belta liana lancer sunny etc all are almost equivalent level cars, none of the owners r jealous if the other has a corolla...

ppl who own honda or corolla or bmw or rolls royce wudnt be granted heavens, so i dont find any reason to be jealous...!!!

lol... if anyone needs to ask what a 03-09 city idsi is, I am the guy to ask (n i ve proved it in my city fan club) n i know what city is and wat its capable of... rust is a common problem in karachi, if pepsi came in metal cans, u wud buy it, take one sip n u wudnt get the time to take 2nd sip, metal wud already be gone... how on EARTH can u blame honda for it? up here in punjab, friends have totally original 1995 civics and corollas n other cars, no rust as yet (i.e. cars well taken care of)
