HONDA CITY Price Increase + New Equipment Added

Right; there is huge gap, 13.30 City (Manual) and 16.63 Civic (i-VTEC Manual). 14.50 can be sweet spot for what I am asking above and 15.50 can be for 1.5L

14.5 is the price for auto city .So if 1.5 launches it will be about 16 lakhs.As they are charging only 1 lakh + for only auto transmission so engine change,paddle shifter are going to cost more.

They probably will dont lauch 1.5 variant as previously steermatic was the biggest flop of pakistan .Its price was more than the civic base exi so if it be launched than price will be in the range of that basic vtec civic.Theres no chance of paddle shifter as pakistani people dont know how to operate them thats why steermatic was blockbuster flop

Well!!! This is your opinion. Steermatic was one car that people (in Pakistan) misunderstood first and when it was taken out from production - it got more and more popular. It gained appreciation quite after its production was stopped.

Biggest problem with Steermatic was it's CVT transmission's incompatibility with CNG. Otherwise, it was a joy and fun car. In India, they had 1.5L with same engine in manual transmission - and it has been a biggest hit - much popular with young drivers.

Atlas is not using CVT either in CIVIC or in new Honda CITY. I suspect that if they launched 1.5L now - it will be more successful than Steermatic (since there is no EXI version for the same segment of customers). The iVTEC version of CIVIC with Automatic Transmission costs around 1.784M - so anything in the range of 1.575M will have some customers....

+1 for 1.5M customers...1.3L engine of City is perfect; I drove my 09 City 20k and really enjoyed it. Never felt its under power or something. I just wish they add more goodies..

Is this the front arm rest? I am very much interested in one for my 2010 City but am curious to know whether the entire console needs to be changed or will this simply be an addition? Waiting for your reply, thanks.
