OFF TOPIC QUESTION
I need to ask you fellow members that I'm going to book a Toyota Altis 1.6 Automatic once I get the quota for January 2021 from Toyota Dealerships, Lahore.

Anyways, I wanna know that one can take the delivery of his car without paying WITHHOLDING TAX at the dealerships. As, I have decided to get my car registered from Islamabad for several obvious reasons.

1. I will get my registration plates within a day or two.
2. It would be cheaper than Lahore.
3. Personally, I do like the Islamabad registration plates over Punjab's universal plates.

However, the main concern is to pay them invoice + freight charges and take the car to home. So, I will have 3months to get the car registered from Islamabad so I will pay the WHT at the time of registration in Islamabad. Is it possible to do so? Do let me know your experiences.

I think, it is not possible. And IMO, if you pay the TAX to the Toyota company, then irrespective you get it registered from Punjab / Lahore, or Islamabad, they will not charge you with it again, and the tax is adjustable / reimbursable from FBR, provided you file your tax returns.

I'm a tax payer since 2017 but I don't trust a person who deals me in this matter. Although, I haven't found any reimbursement so far.

You need to file for reimbursement / claim for income tax, advance tax, withholding tax, etc. paid in excess with FBR. There is a proper procedure for it.

Check IRIS Portal, and internet, FBR website, Youtube, etc. for further details.

Hmmm... OK. In that case, Excise Office Islamabad can guide best in this regard, as in their system, they have a list of Nos.

Switch to Yokohama BluEarth 185/65/15 made in japan.

For Lahore, you could get it from ZAMS (Sheikh Brothers company outlet) in Faisal Town, J.Rasheed in Neela Gumbad or Tyre Point at Thokar and all Metro Store outlets (they also have a website).
