Yeah because majority of the owners are afraid repainting the car will affect the 'resale' and changing the color is a whole other story then. I haven't come across any City with the Chicane Silver Metallic over here yet, mostly because the color is off the USDM Honda S2000 and doesn't come as stock in any of the Hondas over here.

Car is in my garage for the night since the clear coat was fresh and it's a dust magnet at this stage, couldn't leave it at the workshop overnight. Will pm you the details of the workshop, next step is Rubbing Compound which will take place tomorrow afternoon hopefully followed by parts assembly and then finally rear suspension swap will set the car on the right track

Looking gr8 MASHALLAH
The only thing which i noted is the rear camber , go for either neutral or slight negative tilt to it
at the moment the tyre seems to be bulging out at the top by looking at the above picture ^

The rear camber looks so because I had just mounted the wheels after unmounting the steelies, dropped it off the jack and took a picture right away
the camber was back to normal after driving the car.

I was lurking around in this thread to see the final outcome and now that I've seen it I'd say it looks really good, Excellent choice of color not too flashy and not too boring. Fitment on the rest of the parts looks great too, One thing I noticed is you've sprayed over the center grille of the bumper that is supposed to be black/unpainted, doesn't stick out much on this car but I couldn't help noticing.
By the way how's the motor performing till now and the 003 ECU? I am sure the ecu must have made quite a difference.

Anyway enjoy the car now it looks great and it must drive good too, I am sure you are pleased with the outcome.

Ive always had an argument about this particular hondas interior being a little boring, No offence to Honda fan here, Its just me, So anything you doing on the inside?

Everything turned out just as I planned but trust me the center grill is bothering me a lot, even though I gave strict instructions to the painter to let it stay matte black just like all the other trim but slight carelessness and the result was a painted center grill, I'll sand it down myself and paint it matte black over the weekend.

ECU ka I'll let you know, still haven't got time to get it wired up since the car was at the bodyshop which took a lot of time.

This particular City and the 4th generation Civic have been blamed for having a boring interior, but truth is I somehow love the simplicity, I could have gone for power window conversion along with power mirrors but I chose otherwise even though my father gave me an open choice here, controlling everything manually is a better experience to me.
But yeah other than that, I have a few things in mind lined up for the interior, will post more pictures soon

I've been in the same boat, It's frustrating to say the least when you leave them with clear instructions on what you want and return back to find they decided to go about on their own methods but glad to know you'll be taking care of that yourself.

I'll be looking forward to proper running tests after the ECU install.

Looking into this thread I think I should start paying attention to my own car and it's developing problems, I've been ignoring it this past few months and it's starting to show.
