11 to 12 KMPL in Pindi Islamabad. Did not check on Highway. But I did few changes to fix average before it was giving around 7 to 8.

i need some help sourcing some parts for a honda city 1998 automatic transmission conversion and currently cant find these, if anyone can be of some help, I am currently in Islamabad and these are the parts needed as told by the mechanic

What you did? And 11-12 with AC or without it

Without AC.
Replaced gear oil
Replacing engine oil to 10w40
Cleaned TB
Set TPS to 0.48V it was 0.80v before
Replaced fuel injectors found ones from same engine
Replaced fuel filter.
Replaced plugs to iridium denso VK 16
Replaced Plug cables.
Set tappets.
Set kickdown cable to have some free play before it was tight.

I am having problem with gear, it is not shifting to 2
Any hints? What i should check

but bro...in 2002 there were no such thing like CVT transmission and guys are using Honda ATF DW-1 in Philippines.
