I will take more pictures in few moments water pipes are crystal clear and plugs were good also. Should i get engine washed with petrol? Currently it has whites powder stains (kalaar in local language due to humidity)

remember to change 1st oil at 1000km use a synthetic so it can clean most of the gunk from inside

after 1st change
keep engine oil to 5w30
total or castrol both cost nominal and are best recommended for this engine please use only 5w30 on this engine

I have bought the caltex coolant after first try run i will dairn water and use coolant. Also bought a new radiator.
For initial use oil i have bought shell 10w40 after 1000 km i will drain it go with 5w30

dont go with raditort wala advice and use only one bottle use a 50 : 50 mix
but atleast 3 bottles for city

Car has become responsive previously it was lagging a lot i am attaching the old engine picture that was inside before this.
Today i will fill in the coolant. Can someone explain how to drain all the water from inside the engine because thermostat valve is installed and it won't open untill specific temperature.

There is no knocking and engine is soundless mechanic said there is no need to install egr valve and change exhaust manifold as to make it work wiring and ecu needs to be changed also so i just took the egr valve and i will get it installed after getting some info regarding it

I have driven it around 250 km last night and i pushed the engine 2/3 times to 140/150 just to check it and the temperature remained 84/86°C even on uphill or while pushing the engine. I checked the water in the morning it was full. One thing i noticed yesterday after driving around 100 kms or so i stopped to check things in engine bay radiator pipes were soft i mean there should be some pressure in the pipes?

better to have egr installed as it regulates hot air flow
but yes you will have to change ecu and have to get wiring for egr as well
if you are not up for it then leave the egr
buy havoline coolant and regarding water
let the engine fully warm up then turn of car and quickly drain the water from the upper and lower hose thats the way o think you can get most water out

So the engine is running good and giving around 14 kmpl avg within city with ac.
I changed the first oil after around 500km to shell hx7.

One weird thing that is happening is that while driving or in parking gear engine shuts down for a very brief second giving a jerk and in dashboard both coolant high and cold temp lights and hand brake light blink within that second and engine starts to rev again automatically after this. ( engine is not overheating i constantly monitor it using obd with ac temperature stays between 84-87 and without ac it is at 93-95)...
i have checked with obd and there are no fault codes.
It was happening with the previous engine as well i changed the coils on that engine and if i remember correctly the problem never occurred again.
So should i just change the coils because i have an extra pair of coils?

So this time it is still happening even after coil change. Talked with an electrician today i thought it might be a fuse or relay issue but according to him it's fuel pump.
What are your thoughts on this? Has this happened with anyone else's car?
