This is D15B non vtec automatic ecu.
Does it mean it's right ECU for this engine ?
auto and manual were different, but still your case is different. you have to check the wiring and connectors first.
Yes his engine is also non vtec d15b so he got correct ecu with the engine. Now only he needs to check for the codes and maybe correct wiring to solve the issue
Yes the pakwheelers are suggesting you the right things. I just want to add one thing that brother you urself have to get in and correct the problems one by one. Khud research kr k samjh k khud he krna pary ga cz ustaads here in Pakistan will make ur problem worse by hit n trial method. Not to mention the money u will waste. So as advised above, get the codes by any method mentioned and them update on this forum and u will be guided inshallah.
exactly what engine do you have that has the ECU cost of 18k?
i bought a PKDM D15 manual engine ECU for Rs 3.5k from mardan / olx

I tried the short this connector (as mention in image) to check the engine checklight code but the engine checklight is stable not blinking.

This test has to be performed in KOEO position i.e., position 2 of ignition switch.
posiiton 1 = IG-Iposition 2 = IG-II (Key On Engine Off - KOEO)Position 3 = Starter signal
Yes So his ecu and engine are correctly matched. Now he should get the codes. That will explain further picture
Dont understand brother. Does ur check engine loght come on after start? If it comes on then shorting this 2 pin connector must give u the code by blinking the CEL (check engine light). It does not make sense to me.
Can u please verify 2 things for me?
When u put ur key to KOEO (as described in the previous post) which all lights come on? Ur batt light and oil light should come on steady and check engine light should come on and then go off as the PGM-FI turns off the fuel pump again.(in simple words ur check engine light should come on for 2 secs and then go off).
When u start your engine. Does ur check engine light come on immediately afger start?
There might be a chance that some electritian connected the check engine light with batt or oil light to hide the check engine light
He has 2 optionsOne is to trace the wiring of SCS connector (2 pin connector) and correct it. Or get codes from the scannee
Well my mechanic is super busy with other cars, tomorrow I am planning configure my self TPS with multi-meter and clean IAC with carbon cleaner tomorrow.

I just bring my car to another mechanic also he is also saying that you need to replace ECU. Well now i am planning to self diagnose and trial and catch method to fix this unstable RPM and disaster fuel average(which is not more then 3KM). Need help PakWheelers what the initial point should i start testing & what tools should i require for complete testing.
