Yes can be.
It's better if he open ups the ecu. Because counting were usually written on pcb board.

I have checked the iacv and it works fine. But when I reconnect the throuther body my car just do crenk but not start the engine
Also I have purchase another ECU with same series from shersha(Karachi)

Do anyone have idea what happen I reconnect the connector and everything in right position and grip now old ecu not working.

RPM ideal issue fixed just after replace the ECU. I have purchased the ECU from shersha (Usman Bhai) which cost me 7000PKR. Now according to my observation everything work fine, tomorrow i will go to mechanic shop for test it with computer (OBD connector) to make sure the everything works fine.

Sorry for replying late but as per my knowledge all the fuel injectors recieve continuous 12 volt DC voltage whenever the ignition switch is turned on by one wire coming out of ecu which divides into four going into all 4 injectors. The ecu times by giving the seperate ground signals to each injector. So all the positive terminals on all the injectors will show continuity with 12 volt wire.

Thanks Waleed, mine issue was different. It was map sensor issue I just replaced with another and the issue gone.

Injector issue was not related with map sensor It was separate and my observation was wrong.
