recently inquired about stanley prices, were about 22K for original set in karachi.

taiwanese TYC were for Rs 6500, couldnt find any DEPO ones.
Depo were 6000/pc means 12000 for both. And kabli used are also 12-14k for mint ones. If one can find genuine brand new stanley ones in 22k its a good deal.
12000 for depo is way overpriced.
kabli mint condition were 6k for a pair at magazine lane karachi.
i bought the taiwanese head lights as i was doing a projector retrofit, regretting it, should have gotten the kabli pair.
Here in Rawalpindi/Islamabad headlights for civic 96-98 kabli are 7-8k and 99-00 are 12-14k. These are for kabli ones not repaired or buffed. Mostly out of nosecuts.

Here you go, however on camera it's kind of non noticeable, it's more like a spider web crack all over the headlights, mostly noticed in parking lights.
As of condition of the car go for genuine headlights.

MASHA ALLAH i never seen this car in that beautiful condition. You can get its genuine headlights from CHAH SULTAN in Rawalpindi. I bought the lights for my civic 2000 from CHAH SULTAN in 2014 in 5000. Those lights were like brand new. I suggest you to visit there.
Now they arenât available for 5000 but clean kabli ones cost 12k the repaired buffed ones may be cheaper.
definitely it's 2019 that will cost around 10k give or take.
A clean Stanley set is 10k in sultan khoo if you can negotiate like a pro but youâll have to make sure they havenât been buffed and redone.
