If so then shouldn't the model be 2003 and not 04?

Mashallah very nice car, on this sunday i saw 03 civic 02 were vti oriel and 01 was exi 2006 asking price was 8,50,000/- CNG,Alloy but the whole car is repainted and believe me guyz colour was granite and the owner clean his interior with a diesel, he was saying bilkul chamak rahi hain car and i was like "M.. B....N KARDI car ki" dil mei.

Eagle Eyes is come in 2004 model but after 2-3 months....
Just some cars are arrive in this shape in year 2004...!
That Why it is a unique piece....
