In all honesty Honda is not the company it used to be! They became too successful and complacent. Things started going downhill for them from that point.
The new civic was a complete new design from the ground up and one of Honda's biggest investments. However, a new vehicle may have some issues which only pop-up later and are then rectified.
Only the consumer facing the issue feels the pain, and everyone else just talks about it.
As consumers we have to learn our rights and how to fight for them. Pakwheels is a good forum for spreading awareness but not hear-say.
I hope the issue gets resolved for any customer facing any issue. But we need to stick together as consumers and fight for our right.
