Get ur radiator checked again because the boiling can only be because of some clogging or fan not working properly. Thre r 2 fans, one is auto and second one turns on with the AC. If any of the fans is not coming on then the car can overheat

Anyone can give estimate about cost of replacing all bushings front and rear. (Labour and Cost of bushing). Are their complete kits available?

I checked fans, both are working fine.
maybe the radiator, as you said --- Actually, I am trying to understand the issue -- I want to make sure if it's head gasket issue or not b4 visiting the mechanic ----- but I don't think it's head gasket as we can't drive this long on motorway without overheating (this is what I think, maybe I am wrong).

Blown head haskit wont hav made u last that trip. 500kms is too much.

Yes that's what I was thinking.

Did u over revv the car? Rpm higher then 3000 and speeds greater then 130 with AC ON? Once i drove my car to peshawar with speeds on 140-150 with AC ON and it did reduce some water, not too much but had to pour water in the bottle. Just asking

500 kms was round trip.
250 kms was without A/C as I left early morning -- My speed was 110 - 120 km/h .

Next day I came back @afternoon with A/C - My speed was 115 - 125 km/h ( just on couple of occasion I touched 145 km/h, for maybe, 40 seconds).

Whole trip was non stop.

Get the radiator checked along with pipes and fans and change the temperature needle sensor and all will be good

Helo i have 2005 model Civic Exi Prosmatic & the problem is my car indicates an engine check light so when it poops up so my car turned off automatically and after that i start again the car is running fine and when i accelerate the paddle I'm facing the same problem again

i have changed my cam sensor, crank sensor, and TP sensor on the recommendation of my mechanic but still no output the problem is still same
now please guide me what to do.

which radiator cap are you using?
water or coolant?
btw both fans are auto and work simultaneously. It not that one fan turns on only with AC. not true.

Front bumper needs to replaced and painted.

Problem 1: Bleed the system. You have air in the system leading to temperature gauge going up and down. Air pockets lead to heat up and uneven temperature ranges.

Park the car on slope with front of car facing up. Open radiator cap. Start the car and let it idle for 20 mins with heater ON. Keep on adding coolant. Once it starts to overflow close cap.

Problem 2: A minor leak in the system. Check heater core, hoses, water pump, radiator.
If hoses are old and hard replace with genuine part.

Best diagnosis? Go to workshop that does pressure test on cooling system and see for loss of pressure.

Was getting bored so decided to paint the rear bunper as it had cracks and clear coat peeling off.
Gave it a try just for the heck of it as ill be getting it painted anyways.
Painted the upper half to see if the paint matches. Turned out pretty decent with a very slight mismatch not very noticeable.

Surface prep was tiring rest was easy.

Items:
1000 grit sandpaper
Primer spray
Silver spray can
Acrylic Lacquer spray can

There is some overspray of lacquer and lower half is unpainted will sort it out today once the sun goes down.

Thanks for your guidance.
I did as you recommended (bleed the system),
also visited mechanic, he diagnosed some problems with fan wiring, got it fixed ----- have plans to go out station within a week, will see if the problem is solved.

Now checking cooling system leak is what remains, do you know of any workshop doing pressure testing (in Lahore).
