Thats not much of a problem, there are small pins inside ignition barrel which are replaced then key won't be loose. Anyway get it checked with a good lock master he can tell you whether door locks are jammed (usually happens when not used often) or is it because of worn key.
Yes key master will make new keys with same pattern, he will check first if pattern needs refinement by inserting it in different locks or not and he will do so if required. Find a key master who has CNC machine for making new keys. If you are in Islamabad there is one near PSO pump blue area. If in Lahore, i don't have much references but i can share contact of the guy from whom my friend got his City's jack knife+remote made.
I suggest get two new keys made as you need a spare in case you lock one inside 
Usually the pattern of original key gets dull/rounded so it just needs sharp thorough cuts which is taken care of when new key is made.
