Brother use coolent. Agar budget kam ha tu suzuki ki workshop sa la lo per letter 400 . Fan switch change kar do . Ap ki gari ka temperature thorac zayada rahta ha . Jis ki waja sa seal kazoor ho ri ha . Or oil leak Hu raha ha . Shaid ap ko mari suggestions sahi na lugy to aik experiment kar lo. Engine wash karwaoo or aik week k lia fan direct kar du Or 100 km ki ride k lia . You will notice no leaking.

faced exact same problem and culprit found was that plastic cap on side on left side of tappet cover was leaking and oil was seeping uptil exact same place as in this picture..

took 20 mnts for re-siliconing the cover and all ok now

Guys wat mileage are u getting on full tank

also my tank always fills til 32-34 litres max at E level is this okay?
considering that the full capacity in manual says its 40 ltrs

i am getting 390 km for 32 litres considering the way i fill the tank is when the needle touches E

Mine is i think almost same. I get 12Km/L usually and yes 34Litres Filled usually mine too
There is plenty of petrol at the until exactly at E and also some Ltrs at reserve so its normal

Guys my Power steering fluid is leaking a little and it is over the alternator any idea what could be issue?

i get around 550-600km in full tank alhamdulillah.

i believe it has from F to E 42 litres and around 5 litres on top of 42 litres.

recently been using AC all the time so got 525km in last full tank.

i have 2005 Vti Oriel manual

which mobile oil do you use , driving style and is that local or highway mileage?

strictly local mileage, i was using liqui moly 10w40 last two times. but now i have gone broke so recently got shell 10w40 engine oil. i change engine oil at every 3000 km. my driving style is just right with often bursts of acceleration as you get tiny windows of spaces in islamabad where you can accelerate otherwise islamabad traffice is stop and go and have no empty roads anymore to maintain a constant speed.

CNG around 120km for rs.630 without ac, and around 115km for rs.630 with ac
Petrol around 10.3km/L without ac, around 9.5km/L with ac

Highway
CNG around 210km for rs.780 with ac
Petrol around 14.5km/L with ac (about 570km/tank), without ac around 15km/L (about 600km/tank)

With highway speeds of about 115-120km/h. Car is vti oriel pros

seals of PS pump are leaking, very common problem and can easily be fixed by replacing seals. While you are at it, also change PSF and be sure to bleed the system

Are you 100% sure? Below are pics how much will Honda charge and what about local mechanic? I changed​ PSF before 6 months

yes 100%. Honda won't repair it as according to them pump is not a serviceable item so they only offer replacement. You can contact akash or any other good mechanic. Its not an expensive job... I think unknown also got it done from akash last month, he can give price estimate better

Leaking hydraulic PS pumps have been the continuous issue for most owners since the day i joined this thread, extremely satisfied from my decision of removing and throwing away this chronic fault and going for EPS as soon as I got the ride. Lots of advantages with no downside

does EPS adjust itself according to speed? mean its supposed to be harder at high speeds and softer for low speed... I heard this functionality is built into ECU

total cost of replacement and the following questions
1.Can the Eps wired by any "NORMAL" electrician
2.what if the eps motor function malfunctions i have read on the forums that is causes extreme hardening of steering
i.Can the motor and ecu be repaired if either of the two parts malfunction
ii.i have heard that if one intends to move back to HPS from EPS the cost of parts moves to around 20000?
3.my main daily drive is wild highway with trucks ,dumpers etc and hit and run traffic would you advie me EPS i live in a rural settlement

I got the seals done through Akash, total charges were Rs. 2200 (including seals, Honda PSF n Labour). Since then no leaks n squeaks so far. Pretty much worth spending.
