As long as the ac compresser is on both fan should be running wether the car is ideling or moving

What i understand k ac fan kabi kabar nahi chalta right? Jab wo nahi chlta tou gari heat hoti hy jab chalta hy tou sahi rehti hy one thing should be clear k ac k sath dono fans ka chalna must hy jab b ac on ho. Maire sath b yehi issue aya tha k ac fan kabi nae chalta tha aur tab gari ka temprature barh jata tha 2 3 bars, tou check krwane pe pata laga k ac fan ki motor malfunction kr rhi hy aur wo change krwane pr maire masla hal ho gaya, ap kis city se ho i can recommned you a mechenic if you are from lahore

Btw use honda coolant only it costed me RS 2640 from honda fort

Drive the car.

only go for any change or fix once u r certain about the issue.

honda radiator fan works independant of AC fan. AC is in infront of driver.

already asked you so many times to check and be certain that the AC and radiator fan are working as intended at optimum speed.

Salam everyone. i am just another civic 8th generation owner who’s facing the same over heating issue!
Let me explain first, I had this heating problem for the first time in January, fans relays and everything was fine but at that time the car would loose water from radiator , got it checked by an expert and it turned out to be the thermostat valve! Got it replaced and everything was fine until May, this time my vehicle has a weird problem of over heating, the radiator fan works and sometimes doesn’t work(i have replaced both fans but still) and it doesn’t over heat unless it’s driven with AC turned on! Radiator, fans relays are fine but it’s still heating up!

HI, please get your radiator checked. Even if it looks fine it's not.

I had same issue, my radiator looked absolutely perfect, But I just changed it because there was no other thing I could think of and that worked. Just make sure to get a genuine civic one. It costed me around 20k in 2017.

I forgot to mention that I replaced the radiator as well + The water level doesn’t drop!

That's strange, for me water level wasn't going down, but replacing radiator worked for me

Please do not use water in cooling system. Always use genuine Honda coolant.

Fixed the issue finally.. it was once again the thermostat valve! Got it checked and it’s rubber was torn off completely!
I would like to share my experience here with local mechanics that even some of the best mechanics couldn’t find a simple fault it a car!
I asked the mechanic to open the valve as I was going to replace it once again this time and when it came out, it was clearly not in any working condition! Allah saved me from expenditure of somewhat 80k.
