dear, 350k is pretty much less budget for civic 95 - Isb/Rwp/Lhr Reg. yes there could be few, but those would have a lot of work in them to do.
U'll find an average condition car in 400k to 450k and good conditioned / well maintained cars range between 450k to 500k. And modified cars with bigger engines are above that...
