yes ABS is present in some of its variants including all EG/EH/EJ chasis versions, but EPS is not there. If i am not wrong EPS was not present in any car of that era.
However TCS (traction control system) is also present in its AWD version (RTSi).

Can someone recommend a good place in Islamabad to repair the following problems in my Civic 95 (original condition):

Leaking power steering fluid.
Engine oil seepage around the head gasket.
Constantly losing coolant (no leak visible).
Speedometer shows 12-15 kmph less than actual speed (checked with GPS on smart phone). I am using larger tyres (185 instead of original 165).

Overall in pretty good condition (Very neat and clean interior)
