secondly industrial area is full of monopoly scrad yards asking 200% price for used unreliable parts
Ebay is a good option but still expensive due to shipment and customs charges which is Qr. 15 for everything comes in.

Parts from PAKISTAN are still comparitively low in price so i thought why not to use it.

I always thought industrial area would be cheap. I never had to go there, but assumed it would be like Sharjah used part market.

Parts arrived

The 90s civics are ageless. I still have a 1997 back at home it's has 320 k kms on the odo. Had to rebuild the engine in 2014 in desi style. Looking forward to your build.

Waiting for the weather conditions fellows. ...... its dam hot 49 degress and hell humid ...

Any way working on how to mate eg obd1 wiring into ek obd2a chasis while no exisitng old ecu wiring available.

After slow progress of over the past 06 months few updates i have to share with PW fellows

Installation of engine with D mounts brackets and lots of stuff went it well. struggled to find bracket for shifter so placed the order from japan.

T bracket for eg ZC was a nightmare to go with ek chasis so did modification to match closely and it went in nicely.

Next stop installation of battery wires, alternator and starter motor wiring and dry cranking after maintaining and checking engine oil level and its condition.

Finally shifter linkage bracket arrived and its back in place

Its been quite long since i didn't had time to update my PW fellows. here we go then

Pre check before startup

Found out issues with dizzy borrowed same distributor for testing purpose and found still not firing up

Sparks good, fuel is here, injectors were cleaned few weeks back, timing was perfect still won't respond.

Took hondata from friend and tested it using debug error codes .. nothing there but still won't fire

Thought to check compression and upto my surprise it was a disaster

Unexpected low compression in cylinder 3 and 4, and no compression at cylinder 1 and 2

thought to again rip off the head and check
