Congratulations brother but have you got the windscreen checked, since there is no PDI OK sticker it can be replaced, but replacement is fine as long as its original screen.

I agree with you that 2016 model is most refined model in this generation. I have this car and enjoying a lot ,i have not been faced a single issue in these years. It is not always guarantee that a few years old car's meter has been reversed. I have driven my car 30,000 km till day. Obviously, Although Honda maintenance record is evidence. But car with low mileage speaks itself , Exterior and interior quality always smell like a brand new car of a low mileage vehicle. My yearly drive is less than 10k. As per this proportion i will complete 100,000 km on my civic in 2027.

Basically the car was bought for a family member out of lahore as they were in Lahore yesterday i checked the windscreen and to my bad luck it is replaced, nice thing you caught . And the windscreen is not honda genuine. It was some other company. But there are no signs of any kind of accident on the front or on the pillars or anywhere.

yes brother it doesnt have the wifi connectivity and its a slow problematic unit.

For a used car, how do we check official maintenance history/services done for this Civic? Is there an owner's book where Honda put their stamps ?

And are the following issues also present in 2015 model?

There are common issue.1. Torque mount rubber degrade after 30,000 km2. Inner CV joints play causing shudder at low and high speeds some owners observed even after 5000 km3. Tire and road noise noticeable inside cabin on bumpy roads4. Tensioner malfunction and rattle of pully and bearing.5. If bad quality fuels is used Catalytic converter choked after 50,000 km

Any good brand with oil grade 5w30 is good for your car. But make sure that you got the genuine one with the seal intact and you will good to go.

5W30 is recommended oil.
You can use origional Honda oil from dealership or use Liquimoly from reliable source.
