well, surprised to hear that as i have a civic 2014 and i covered 80k with a lot sudden daily acceleration (changed auto trans oil on 50k and later will change on 90k) but no issue faced as mentioned above.

Great. These things should have been there already in the car. I don’t call this generation a civic. It’s rather city with a bigger engine.

There are common issue.
1. Torque mount rubber degrade after 30,000 km
2. Inner CV joints play causing shudder at low and high speeds some owners observed even after 5000 km
3. Tire and road noise noticeable inside cabin on bumpy roads
4. Tensioner malfunction and rattle of pully and bearing.
5. If bad quality fuels is used Catalytic converter choked after 50,000 km

Pata nai kiss civic ke baat ho rahi hy i sold my car at 62000 km there was no such issue at alllllll.

You sold at right time and may be u r not too sensitive driver to notice these issues or may be you are lucky didn't get any of these or may be you drove very carefully

You really need to be sensitive to hear this.
My father sometimes drive my car and he says there is no such sound Infact he scolds me for making excuses.
On the other hand me and elder brother can notice these noises from belts, tensioners and pullys which are hideous tbh.

3 & 4 are just terrible.
The pully of tensioner causes constant noise on high speed specially and it disappears once you lift the foot from throttle.

And where is this torque mount?

Torque mount is located downward near drive train and oil chamber.

Chk market its available in 1.8 to 1.9m clean cats PakWheels par atleast one lakh price is more than market so get a good bargain. But chk market then go for online adds.

sir high speed is smooth
its only present on full throttle from standstill and that too occasionally. around 3-4k rpm. otherwise smooth.
My car's tensioner also clicks slightly with the ac compressor running, though I have noticed spraying silicone lubricant on the belt quietens it for a good while

Question:

I have the TW iGO3 pre-installed with the car. Needless to say the IGO3 by tracking world is a nuisance and a pain in all the wrong places. It is very laggy and needs replacement ASAP. The Problem is I got in touch with TW and they informed me I can get the new (and apparently improved) for a hefty 40k.

I have had mixed feedback about TW's android panel and am unsure of whether I should actually invest that much with TW again or rather go for an aftermarket OEM android panel.

Looking forward to valuable feedback from experienced users. In case of OEM aftermarket android panels, please give me names of specific models.

I would ideally want one that supports all 3 cameras including the cabin camera.

Tensioner bearing play cause rattle you have replace the full unit along with belt and pulleys it will cost you around 28000.
Local mechanics might suggest you pressing the bearing but rattle will come again this problem is common in 9th gen I checked 5 cars with same issue including mine.
One of honda expert when asked about this issue he mentioned that all the problems related to engine components is found in cars whose owners are washing engine when it's hot

I have never ever washed the engine bay of my car.

R18 Engine Problems and Reliability

1. The engine knock. Usually, a canister purge valve produces this sound, this is normal. Also If the adjusting of the valves clearances was long ago, possibly the time has come.
2. The drive belt tensioner produces some noise. Its life is 60,000 miles (100,000 km).
3. Vibrations. If an engine is cold, that is ok. But if vibration continues all time, check the left engine mount.
   Using the recommended engine oil is essential. That will keeps the VTEC system in good condition for a long time. The engine life of R18 is about 180,000 miles (300,000 km).

I have replaced it just the bearing is left.
I replaced it when on slight acceleration there were strange sounds coming from the engine bay.

Is it Pully bearing or tensioner unit bearing
