what if i dont change oil from honda dealer ?

what if i buy products(air filter,oil filter and oil ) from outside and get the work done by honda dealer because there is lot of difference of price if i buy from honda dealer

Provided the filters are genuine Honda. The main thing is a 3S stamp in every 5000kms service on your warranty book. That's what they check when or if you go for a warranty claim. But if you buy things from 3S as well there are no labor charges. And rates are same for genuine Honda products even from outside. Tried and tested and trust me the 3S maintainence is not at all expensive.

I made an inquiry to Honda about getting the Navigation system once my car was about an year old. And they said, (quoted) "since we don't take back an old system or adjust a used system therefore the new unit has to be purchased as a separate part from us which will cost 82 thousand as we sell it for 61 in a brand new car after deduction of standard Cd player unit which costs Honda 21 thousand (61+21=82)"
However if you sell your existing system in the open market you may fetch something like 30 to 35 thousand at max now provided it was around 50 thousand when it was new and also good chinese systems with warranty like AVT and Rockmars are available in market for around a range of 20 thousand. Those aftermarket systems do work with steering controls and have acceptable sound quality+resolution. So keeping that in mind you may get upto 35 (but will have to be sold separately maybe on Pakwheels or other internet sites) since an audio dealer will keep his margin and won't offer you anymore than 25

1. The visors come off due to poor installation. Mine also came off after 6 months but i got them re-installed properly and been 2 years since then they are solid. The guy fixing them must clean surface and heat the adhesive tape a little so it can stick properly. Moisture will become a problem during fixation and afterwards avoid water for atleast next 24 hours.
2. The matts available outside in the market are better than Honda far more superior, better in thickness and life as well.
3. The trunk tray is equally good.

Sits on Walton Road in the market next to Shahnawaz/Mercedes. Though I initially got them and fitted from Montgomery, Ijaz later fitted them again properly with new 3M adhesive after cleaning and heating the surfaces properly

Shame on atlas, indus is giving navigation standard on all variants of altis that too a good one.This thing should be standard on all cars costing above 2 million

Still it's faaaaaar better than giving a car more than 2 million without a basic immobiliser, dual airbags and tooti walay dimmer style ac controls instead of climate control or even buttons in the hardtop civic.
Let's not go there.

To be honest the stupid most thing in the first place is to talk about 0-100 times of basic family sedans.
Oh wow, big difference of time between 10.123 seconds and 11.018 seconds. That means one will reach Islamabad in 3hrs-43mins and the slower one will take 3hrs-51mins. Come on kids take break we're not discussing McLaren and Ferrari. Grow up please out of these stupid drag races between stock Corolla and Civic. And if growing up is not an option, please set a time between yourselves and sort out your differences on the tarmac instead of putting verbal claims and playing trumps while typing on forums.
