Don't worry Atlas always have given an early Civic to Pakistan. It's the City they keep later at priority. About an year of international launch for all models of Civic in Pakistan if you look at the past. Plus my source there has unofficially hinted it's coming Last quarter 2016.
To be honest have owned this model since October 2012 as soon as it came to Pakistan and although it's a very good car, i really like it but it's not as good to drive as the 8th Generation (Reborn). Has some pros regarding features and economy.
Though it's better than other options available but it is not truly what a Civic should be.

First of all, Congrats
As per the maintainence cycle of a certified Honda, every 5000 is just Engine oil only and every 10000 is oil + oil filter + air filter (but only if 3S certified original parts are being used) Oil used by Honda is 5W-30 synthetic (which is supplied by Parco/Total)
Try not using chinese/aftermarket/guard etc filters. Use Honda parts only. The other ones ruin car's life in the longer run. Apart from 5000 and 10000, brakes to be replaced/serviced at cycles of 20000 or as per need. The other important thing is 40000 service which includes oil etc plus the following ones necessary:
1. Transmission oil
2. Throttle body service
3. Fuel Filter
4. Tuning
So considering your car is at 50k and previous record not documented, if it was me i would in either case to be on a safe side repeat the 40k service. Don't worry about the plugs as Honda recommends them at 100000 but better to get at 80000, so thats a bit far away at the moment for you.
I also get my tyres rotated (front-rear swapping) and alignment+balancing every 10000 kms.

I can't understand that why the tyre sweeping is recommended what's the point of it as every dealer recommends it. Can u shed some lights on it?

Sure bro, the weight of your car is different at the front compared to the rear. Due to these different weights, the front tears wear out their tread quicker and rear wear out slower. To keep the wearing of tread equal swapping is done. Apart from the weight their is an added factor of traction + braking force in case of front wheel cars. For instance, Acceleration wheelspin wears out front tyre (for front wheel cars) and so does emergency braking force impact the front more as well.
Let's consider average life of a tyre to be 50k km. if not swapped the front alone may last 40k and rear alone may last 50k.
Apart from front-rear swapping sometimes near the end of tyre life a tyre may need inside-outside in the rim swapping as well, this only happens if car has been driven misaligned frequently. The inside edge of tyre always goes through more stress compared to outside. But this one may not be necessary.
Although the front-rear swapping is a good practice. To last all tyres equal

This upgrade was for US and Middle East. I doubt we will have it. Atlas just changed the front grill. We purely follow Thailand.
