I always envied people who used Total Excellium and Shell V power and I had to use PSO only because my employer has given my PSO fuel card 
I dont feel that bad now 
I almost always use PSO Cavalry as its on my route. I hope they are better than the lot.
These numbers you shared are an eye opener. How Pakistani's are lied to about everything and there is no recourse or consumer protection, no one even does the testing. Its the job of regulator and state to test the fuel.
