as for fada's rest of the questions,

CNG could be given away in the price but the price's gonna be fixed as it is... and when i bought the car, it had cng kit installed in it... but then as i prefer petrol over cng, i uninstalled the kit from it... the kit's still with me, and can be reinstalled...

sold mine yesterday for way way way too less ....it was black,cng,auto,first owner but mardan registered.....you have a clean car,best of luck ....11 is too good an offr i must say..

@Poster - very clean car, reasonable demand considering the Islamabad factor and the fact that it is negotiable.

Great attitude as well - the best option is to ignore the lowballers and thread spoilers, and you're doing it pretty fine. A genuine buyer will not waste his time dissing you here for free but pick up his phone, give you a visit and seal a deal.
