Honda Civic X pickup and interior color fading issue

I am facing 2 issues in my Honda Civic X 2018.
1. In first gear for both Eco and normal mode with light acceleration, my car seems like missing and RPM fluctuates. But this doesn't happen on higher RPM and big gears. I got the plugs changed recently, got the throttle body service and other basic servicing done just over 1000km before. My mechanic says that this is transmission issue. WHat can be the possible reason for this?
2. My car interior colour has worn out especially the silver parts like interior door handles, steering wheel silver part and silver lining in dashboard? How can it be restored as original?
The car has total 82000km on Odometer

1. could be your CAT. Get it checked as well. Otherwise mostly in such cases, the first impression are the plugs. If possible also get it diagnosed if maf sensor is ok.
2. Honda has the worst build quality in Pakistan market right now. They are sourcing them from local markets to cut costs. Nothing can be done if they are worn out than replacement.

I got the plugs replaced with original ones just 1000km before. Fuel fiter and Cat are the 2 things which i am suspecting. For the interior parts can you please let me know from where i can source them from local market in Rwp/Isb
