After reading all this i thought that my story would probably help you solve this problem. I recently faced a similar issue as missing/jerking and loss of power/acceleration in my 2016 Civic 1.5 Turbo driven 60,000 km approx. I spent thousands on changing plugs, filters, etc but the issue didnt go away. Eventually it was diagnosed properly by Honda Margalla E-11 Islamabad. Turns out that the "Turbocharger Joint Assy" had developed minor cracks and was leaking air. Its a plastic piping that runs between air intake and turbocharger. Just changed that and everything came back to normal! Power and smoothness fully restored 100%. The part wasn't ready available in their inventory so we went out and found a new piece from Saddar, Rawalpindi. Paid for it Rs.20,000. The official part number is 17270-5AA-H00. Most dealerships will not tell you about it until you have replaced every replaceable part because this piece is never available with them. It's official price is Rs.36,500 if ordered through Honda company.

Update:
I got my car back last night from Honda Fort & they were able to find main issue finally after further 4 days of investigation. My car is almost back to its original performance i had earlier.
The issue was with T MAP sensor as it was sending wrong reading to ECU and hence Turbo was not turning on.
During these day - they replaced Fuel pump, EGR, Air Filter + box & pipe, then Turbo, Checked AC, wiring etc... And finally they started replacing sensors 1 by 1 and came across this MAP sensor issue. Good thing that i must appreciate is they were actually replacing these from some Manager's car as i saw that car as well.

I still feel little missing/jerk when using heavy foot that was actually the problem in start. Ill visit Honda Fort guys again tomorrow as they mentioned to do a test drive & tell them issues I feel.

I am looking for used civic turbo 2016 to 2018 but my friends are telling me not to buy it … this model had an issue of knocking which was by default issue …. What do u say

No issue in 2016 or 17.

Engine knoxking qas due to poor fuel quality whicb qas addreswed by adjustments in engine / fuel settings. Same settings have been used in all Turbos.

Try to get a maintained car.

Better to take someone who owns Turbo

Service history whether dealership maintained or outside. So that you know whatever was done was periodic. Also get compression tested. It varies across different gauges but with same gauge variation across all four cylinders should not be substantial.
Steering rack and ac evaporator changed or not. If done under warranty its mentioned on service book.
Physical inspection of engine bay, no jugaru or fiddling done.
Last but not least, those who keep turbo with care demand an extra buck. Demand and seller's know how would tell a lot about car too.

@moeen.a.rana can you please share your number? I recently bought 2016 turbo and resolved some of the issues after reading your complete thread. However, I am facing smoke issue in my turbo which is not frequent (compressor fan of turbo has some play) and it puffs smoke on low RPM occasionally.

I recently changed spark plugs (ILZKAR8H8S) but still having little jerks/missing on high RPM and after changing plugs, I am observing average issues. I bought brand new plugs from G7 (Badar Auto Parts) in 14,500 PKR. Not sure the plugs are original or not.

I am also facing little RPM issue in idle where RPM drops to 600 but didn't feel any RPM drop issue during driving (other than because of plugs)
