Surprisingly nearly all local Oil Marketing Companies are not stocking Ow20.You can get 5w-30 practically everywhere with the convenience of having it changed on the spot at their respective locations.

Exactly what I said this is due to conservative mindset of people and dealers which took a lot more time to adopt new technologies and new concepts as compared to the rest of world this is why we are still stick to 30 year old mehran. If you remember a few year back it was one of the toughest job for one to buy or sell an A/T vehicle but now people are in search of A/T.

0W20 and 5w20 is available in many brands now, firstly there was only zic which is not a premium oil but now one can go for moly-green (japanese) and profi-car (german) which are available through proper channels i.e. not smuggled and are not that expensive, around 3500 for a pack of 4 litres. Like JDM cars, we also have better options in fluids now

Yes you might be right for big cities but in smaller cities it is still not that simple

hey khurram, was wondering what oil to put in my 10th gen civic. whats the difference between 0w20 and 0w30.. and your take on honda's 0w20 oil and anyother 0w20 oil?

For better understanding of oil grades and their usage read my above comments please.
0w-30 is better than both 0w-20 and 5w-30 but if don't find 0w-30 than go for 5w-30 fully synthetic keeping in view that you are going to use it in summer which is close ahead though 0w-20 is not bad at all. Mobil 1 and liqui moli are best available oil brands but expensive too. Not sure if they will void warranty or not.

I am recommending 0w-20 in winter, 5w-30 for summer and 0w-30 for all season from dealership to keep your warranty.

0w20 is also introduced by caltex in Pakistan. I have seen it at caltex company operated outlets. I have heard that shell is also introducing it

I think you should use Honda's genuine 5w30 SM and it would be just fine

That is best but in case you doesn't find that than go for 5w-30 SN with green cap made by Honda, 5w-30 sm with red cap is the worst.
