Sir jee first get your spark plugs inspected then catalystic converter serviced by a professional. If all is done then get a high performance engine oil. May I, suggest checking out Imperial Motors even if you reside outside of Karachi for exclusive high performance Japanese and US engin oils, transmission fluids such as HMMF or HCF2, spark plugs, belts and brakes.

Its not cvt its basically DCT very fast no comparison with cvt.

AC is very good , DCT is the best
