Honda is also moving to same tech as toyota and probably ditching IMA.

My thoughts exactly. IMA in my opinion was just a fancy experiment which could not achieve the success of the Toyota principle. Finally, Honda must have realized and adopted the same principle as used by Toyota. Its hard to give up an idea which someone has pursued a lot.

Is the demand reasonable.

Audi A3 starts from $30,000 which is equivalent to Rs 3m. Audi Pakistan is selling it for Rs3.8m. very good price

actually in US $30,000 A3 sedan is 1.8TFSI which is for 4.5m here and for 3.8m is A3 1.2TFSI sedan
