mayray sweet say bhai, regarding cement thing there are different reasons that they are entering, if you will search you will know. what do you think if our biggest cement producer is trying to set up in India tu kaya woo pagal hian kay without study they will put their money at stake, koi na koi tu opportunity mil rahi ho gi.

As per very reliable info I got, Honda is surely bringing 150cc model pretty soon and perhaps even bigger models later. But to the extent of 150cc things are pretty sure now.

Basic shape and material almost same haan new features add kar lain. like in speedometer etc. but light should be round at any cost.

in my opinion very difficult, ravi is still strugling with its piaggio storm 125, improving the spare parts and after sales service in different cities for piaggio 125, that would be a very big achievement if done, launching a 150 cc is far far far far far ahead.................................................

Vicky bhai yes you are right, RAVI has an average market share but if they improve their after sale service, definately it will pay them in future to launch more new products as broker.

even after years of launch, they hv next to none after sales services and spare parts availability in the biggest city ... very disappointing ....

Brother, as they are dealing i think they are not too much concerned with the customers, only selling their bikes as brokers.

I have posted potential customers or target market. I have taken data from PBS - Pakistan bureau of statistics and from UNICEF.

Have u ever heard word untapped market? This is an untapped one. So ur pama figures are a very crude comparison.

Regarding ROI I will say that your estimates are very rough too. But let's leave it here.

There's no parallel to the fact that such a market does exist in Pak. You are highly unaware of the scope though.

Very correct and logical reply Auto. For 200cc bike the market would be different thn existing market. We can assume that 125cc and 150cc buyers can switch to 200cc bikes but very importantly there will be other people who will buy this 200cc bike category. Those people are people like me, and 4 or 5 of my friends who will jump to buy these bikes. So the company which will launch these 200cc+ bikes will get a good response.

Honda will surely bring the bigger cc bikes in near future, besides they are also bringing a scooty for females and senior citizens so now lets see which category of bike hits the road first. Lets wait and see..

You see Honda has the policy to keep such things secret, in fact most of companies do the same. So they avoided to tell us anything definite on it but said that at least four new models will be running on the road within next three to four years.

Yes, I too uphold that idea but the thing is that highly professional people design a bike considering the market trend, usage of the bike etc, and in case of our country every rider will seem to have his own "mashwara" which will only confuse the designers When Ducati prepared the first prototype of Hypermotard, they uploaded its pics on their official blog and asked for viewers comments and interestingly the bike now running on the road is quite similar to the prototype with only slight changes, I hope you understand what I mean.
